ICSE’s 3rd international conference and 1st symposium gathered stakeholders from the fields of Sport, Education, and Tourism. Experts and practitioners from various regions around the world shared their insights and experiences, offering valuable cross-sector research and development perspectives. The event aimed to raise awareness on social, market, and governance concerns while identifying smart, sustainable, and fair opportunities within these sectors.

The three-day event featured numerous formal and informal networking opportunities, along with EU/UN project matchmaking sessions, including a guided city tour. Participants had the chance to become acquainted with and engage in ICSE’s expanding platform. The conference analyzed the impact and adoption of the ‘Education Through Sport’ (ETS) methodology, explored the application of sport and its activities into performance models, and emphasized the importance of sport diplomacy in strengthening mutual understanding and promoting global peace.
