It brings together founding organisers and the local host institution to ensure a smooth, coherent, and high-quality conference experience. Role & Responsibilities Coordinate all logistical, administrative, and operational aspects of the conference. Collaborate with the Scientific Committee on programme structure and scheduling. Manage communication, registrations, venue operations, and partner relations. Support speakers, participants, and reviewers throughout the event. Ensure continuity and quality across editions of ICSE.
