De acordo com o Livro Branco sobre o Desporto (2007), \"a acessibilidade da atividade desportiva deve ser assegurada a todos os cidad\u00e3os, devendo ser tidas em conta as necessidades espec\u00edficas e a situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos grupos sub-representados\". \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tO FAMS procura resolver o problema da sub-representa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres e das m\u00e3es no desporto, promovendo a empregabilidade, a inclus\u00e3o social e a igualdade de oportunidades atrav\u00e9s do desporto. A iniciativa centra-se na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da igualdade entre homens e mulheres na forma\u00e7\u00e3o e no ensino do desporto, procurando simultaneamente a igualdade de representa\u00e7\u00e3o e a sensibilidade ao g\u00e9nero nos cargos de decis\u00e3o. Apesar de alguns progressos, as disparidades em mat\u00e9ria de igualdade de oportunidades persistem em certas \u00e1reas do desporto. CP Small Sport POW The main purpose of the project is to improve the condition of youth by promoting processes of social inclusion and prevention of youth discomfort, intervening on social and relational factors using sport, and to counteract the phenomenon of early sports abandonment amongst youngsters. CP Big Sport FITInRehab The Fit-IN Rehab project supports seniors (60+) post-rehabilitation by training student volunteers to promote physical activity. It provides online resources, including 100+ exercises and nutritional tips tailored to various health conditions, helping seniors maintain health and autonomy with structured volunteer support. CP Big Sport Heritage and Sport The Heritage & Sport project promotes social inclusion and equal opportunities in sports for primary school children (ages 6-11) with disabilities. It compiles traditional European games and adapts them to children with special needs, offering a handbook and modular training materials to support inclusive physical activity. GREW The project GREW, part of Erasmus+, promotes social inclusion and combats discrimination by using Education Through Sport (ETS) to engage ethnic minorities.
