Information & Terms

  • ICSE 2025 welcomes scholars, educators, practitioners, and students to a multidisciplinary forum at the intersection of sport, education, innovation, sustainability, social inclusion, and lifelong learning. All registered participants receive access to keynote lectures, roundtables, parallel academic sessions, digital conference materials, and a Certificate of Attendance.

  • Student Participation (Student)
    Full in-person access to all events, sessions, and materials. Certificate of Attendance.
  • Certified Participation (Public + Certification)
    Official professional development credits recognized by Portuguese national bodies:
    • IPDJ: Credits for TPTD, TPEF, TPTDT (professional sports trainers, fitness instructors, and technical directors)
    • CCPFC: Credits for Physical Education Teachers in Portugal’s public and private school systems
    International attendees may use these certificates as supplementary documentation for their institutions.
  • Online Participation (Free; registration required)
    Remote access to plenary sessions and selected panels via digital platforms, plus a Certificate of Virtual Attendance after the event.

  • Early Bird until 25 October 2025

  • From 25 October 2025: a €10 administrative surcharge applies to on-site registrations.

Price summary (on-site):

  • Student: €25 → €35 (from 25 Oct)

  • Public + Certification: €55 → €65 (from 25 Oct)

All fees are listed in Euro (€), VAT-exempt (nonprofit event), and non-refundable.

Payments are accepted by bank transfer (IBAN). Full bank details and your payment reference will be shown after form submission and emailed to you.

Your registration is confirmed by email once the transfer is received and matched to your submission.

  • Certificate of Attendance for all registered participants (on-site & online).

  • Certified option (€55) includes official credits from:
    • IPDJ — TPTD, TPEF, TPTDT
    • CCPFC — Physical Education Teachers (continuing education)

  • Certificates are issued digitally to the registration email within {{X}} business days after the event, subject to attendance and any formal requirements by IPDJ/CCPFC.

  • Organized by a nonprofit NGO; fees are VAT-exempt under applicable regulations.

  • Invoices/receipts are available upon request after payment verification.

  • Institutional payers: include legal entity name, address, VAT/tax number in the registration notes.

  • Fees are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or no-show.

  • Name changes may be accepted until 30 October; email registration@icse-conference.eu
